As of our last check, Haverford College publishes no policy specifically addressing applicants' use of AI on application essays. Nothing on its admissions pages either permits or prohibits AI feedback, brainstorming help, or editing tools. Haverford's AI material is classroom guidance shared across the Tri-College libraries. Silence is not permission. With no published rule, the Common App's own fraud policy and the school's general integrity expectations still apply: the essay must be the applicant's own work.
